Mold Design and Manufacturing
Established in 2006 as the first molding plant within the Asahi Chemicals Group.
Initially, molds used for molding were outsourced for design and manufacturing. However, as the group expanded to three resin molding plants, we now handle all mold design and manufacturing in-house.
Furthermore, to verify the validity of mold designs, we have adopted methods such as mold evaluation using 3D printers prior to mold production. This enables us to confirm mold validity and strive for short-term production.

Resin molding
Since our establishment in 2006, we have provided various molded parts as medical and electronic components to customers within China.
In recent years, we have also received inquiries for industrial resin molded parts from Japanese customers, leading to increased exports to Japan.
Furthermore, all molds used by our group companies in Suzhou, Dalian, and Vietnam are designed, manufactured, and undergo trial production verification at Suzhou Nissho Precision.
